Every year we run a company wide online appraisal tool, Talent ToolboxTM, which allows every employee the opportunity to become recognised as a Rising Star within the group, irrespective of the location or department in which they work. Each employee who is recognised to be a Rising Star, is assigned a development programme most appropriate to their level:
- VRQ in Team Leadership - 5 month development programme run by The Learning Academy
- NVQ in Customer Service - 20 week programme run by DeVere Academy
- NVQ in Housekeeping - 20 week programme run by DeVere Academy
- Management Development Programme - run in-house
A Personal Development Plan is also designed for each Rising Star by the regional People & Development manager.
