It's about serving up dishes that rely heavily on fresh, seasonal, locally sourced and, wherever possible, organic produce. It's about enjoying moderately priced à la carte dining in a down-to-earth, warm and relaxing setting.
From simple starters like French onion soup and British rock oysters to mains of Normandy chicken and 28-day dry-aged steaks to desserts such as crème brûlée and tarte tatin. And with our Plats du Jour menu, it's about tucking into even better value bistro classics changed by our chefs daily.
All served by attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable waiting staff happy to explain the dishes, the ingredients, and how our talented chefs put them together. Always on hand, your sommelier is also ready to advise, guide, match or recommend the perfect wine

A soup course is followed by an help yourself lavish French Market Table, the centrepiece of Sunday Brunch at Hotel du Vin. An exciting choice of fresh seafood, crustacea, charcuterie, pâtés, rilletes and a selection of salads, vegetables and freshly baked artisan breads. Then a plethora of your Sunday lunch favourites including traditional roasts. And a few delectable delights to finish including traditional crumble.
