Hotel du Vin offers a highly distinctive, stylish and exclusive atmosphere for all kinds of private events.
Located close to the rejuvenated waterfront in Bristol city centre, the Grade II-listed former Sugar House is now home to Hotel du Vin Bristol and consists of three truly unique meeting and events spaces, Le Pin, Lanson and Balfour.
Function Rooms
Three private rooms are available in Hotel du Vin Bristol:
Le Pin is an elaborately hand painted ‘gold’ room inspired by the Austrian Art Nouveau artist Gustav Klimt and is suitable for up to 26 people.
The largest of the 3 rooms is Balfour, a simplistically rustic space with distinctive features such as the buildings original window arches and beams. It is situated on the second floor and comes with its own roof top terrace and anteroom which are perfect for breakouts from your meeting.
Audio visual and conference facilities
Our audio visual equipment includes high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, LCD projectors, video teleconferencing and a dedicated organiser, all for less than you ever imagined.
Superb hospitality
Our friendly, professional staff are happy to take care of wedding receptions, private lunches and dinners, even your own wine tasting, and, of course, business meetings and lunches.

Function Packages and Pricing
DAY MEETING (7 DAYS A WEEK)
Bespoke meetings and events packages are available from only £35 per person. Subject to limited availability.
Use of the room, flip chart with pens, notepads and pencils, a bowl of granny smith’s, fizzy and still mineral water, as much cafetiere coffee and tea as you like – served with granola bars, smints and either a working lunch of baguettes, fries and fruit or, a buffet on a plate and fruit tart or, a 2-course lunch in the bistro (advanced booking required).
£65.00 per person
24-HOUR MEETING (SUNDAY- THURSDAY)
All that the day meeting includes plus, double room per person, cooked breakfast and 3-course dinner.
£190.00 per person
CAR PARKING
Car parking is available at a charge of £12.50 to resident guests. The nearest NCP is in Rupert Street.
Terms and conditions
All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5% and are correct at the time of going to print. Hotel Du Vin reserves the right to alter prices, without prior notice, according to market fluctuations.
A 10% discretionary service charge is added to the final billing of all receptions, lunch and dinner parties.
