Located close to the rejuvenated waterfront in Bristol city centre Hotel du Vin Bristol is a magnificently restored Sugar House, previously a collection of Grade II-listed warehouses offering four stunning meeting and events spaces, all with high speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated events organiser.


LE PIN

Le Pin is an elaborately hand painted 'gold' room inspired by the Austrian Art Nouveau artist Gustav Klimt and is suitable for up to 40 people.

BALFOUR

The largest of the 3 rooms is Balfour, a simplistically rustic space with distinctive features such as the buildings original window arches and beams. It is situated on the second floor and comes with its own roof top terrace and anteroom which are perfect for breakouts from your meeting.

LANSON

Our most intimate room is situated adjacent to the bistro and is lovingly adorned with painted cherubs within the centre of the ceiling. Seating up to 12 people this light and airy room is full of character.

DAY MEETING (7 days a week)

Includes use of the room, flip chart with pens, notepads and pencils, complimentary wireless, a bowl of granny smith's, fizzy and still mineral water, three servings of tea and coffee served with granola bars, mints and either chefs choice buffet lunch with dessert or a plated buffet, or a 2-course lunch (advanced booking required, £5 supplement).

24-HOUR MEETING (Sunday - Thursday)

Use of the room, flip chart with pens, notepads and pencils, complimentary wireless, a bowl of granny smith's, fizzy and still mineral water, three servings of tea and coffee served with granola bars, mints and either chefs choice buffet lunch with desert
or a plated buffet, or a 2-course lunch (advanced booking required, £5 supplement),a double room per person, cooked breakfast and 3 course dinner.
