Function Rooms
A collection of private and semi private rooms are available at Hotel du Vin Cambridge.
Balfour the largest of the rooms full character with a bespoke mural covering an entire wall, combined with many original features that will leave you feeling truly inspired. With access out to the courtyard and adjacent to the library this room can be transformed to suit most occasions.
Pembroke and Trinity are located in our cellar bar they are semi private rooms perfect for a more relaxed approach to meetings to get those creative juices flowing ideal for brainstorming sessions or interviews.
Laroche our signature wine tasting room with specialist table provides the exclusive setting for your private tastings with our Sommelier.
Audio visual and conference facilities
Our audio visual equipment includes high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, LCD projectors, video teleconferencing and a dedicated organiser, all for less than you ever imagined.
Superb hospitality
Once the work is done, why not unwind in the Cellar bar sampling the best of our local beers or an alluring cocktail or two or three.
Function Packages and Pricing
Day meeting (7 days a week)
Bespoke meetings and events packages are available from only £35 per person. Subject to limited availability.
Day Delegate rate - £70.00 per person
This includes - 3 tea and coffee breaks, still and sparkling water, room hire for the day, flip chart, projector and screen, working buffet lunch or sit down 2 course lunch in the bistro.
24-hour meeting (Sunday - Thursday)
24 Hour rate - £225.00 per person
This includes - 3 tea and coffee breaks, still and sparkling water, room hire for the day, flip chart, projector and screen, working buffet lunch or sit down 2 course lunch in the bistro, plus a 3 course dinner in our private dining room, one night stay in a double room for single occupancy and full English breakfast.
Car parking
The hotel has limited car parking of 12 space, and is only available for guests staying over night, booking is essential. We operate a valet service as the car park is off site and is at a charge of £15 per night.
Terms and conditions
All prices quoted include VAT and are correct at the time of going to print. Hotel du Vin reserves the right to alter prices, without prior notice, according to market fluctuation. A 10% discretionary service charge is added to all final bills.
