Bistro du Vin

At the heart of the hotel is Bistro du Vin, a classic, elegant and informal setting for lunch or dinner. The à la carte menu boasts a great grill section with delicious dry aged steaks that have been matured for at least 28 days, but the menu's main influence is a nod to the classics of French bistro dining in its choices for all courses.  On the reverse of the à la carte menu there is also a slimmed down selection of great wines for all palates and purses. However, there is always the full Hotel du Vin expansive wine list to choose from should diners wish. The dessert menu helpfully suggests wine or digestif pairings.

Our Champagne and Grape & Grain bars offer an extensive and eclectic wine list, as well as an impressive array of wines by the glass. Our Bar Manager, Stanley Smith and his team are always happy to give friendly, knowledgeable advice on wines, spirits, cocktails, cigars and anything else you may want to know, just ask. With relaxing leather sofas and bespoke art adorning the walls either bar is the perfect setting for lively pre-dinner or after-dinner gatherings with friends, family or colleagues.
