Open seven days a week, and under the tutelage of Executive Head Chef, Darin Campbell, Bistro du Vin is at the heart of our hotel, an oak panelled, elegant and atmospheric setting for lunch, dinner, to meet, celebrate or simply pass the time. Dine on the finest produce that Lanarkshire has to offer from local heroes such as the Queen's meat supplier Donald Russell, The Fish People and the family run St. Bride's Free Range poultry. Our extensive and eclectic wine list is a key feature of the hotel, as well as our impressive array of wines by the glass. Laurent Warnault, our Bar Manager & Sommelier, and his team are always happy to give friendly, knowledgeable advice on wines, spirits, cocktails, cigars and anything else you may want to know, just ask. With all this and over 300 whiskies in our cosy Whisky Snug, which comes complete with leather sofas, bespoke art and stunning Georgian period features they are the perfect settings for lively pre-dinner or after-dinner gatherings with friends, family or colleagues.
