This previously disused Eye Hospital is the distinctive location for our largest hotel. This ornate, early Victorian red brick building in the old city centre, now part of the newly revitalised Jewellery Quarter, was sympathetically converted to provide 66 rooms around a courtyard

Situated in the Lanes conservation area, and a pebbles' throw from the seafront. Its 49 bedrooms are housed in a collection of eccentric gothic revival and mock Tudor buildings erected, appropriately by a wine merchant on the site of an old inn. Among its many features are a heavily carved staircase and bizarre gargoyles, while the original double-height hall now houses the wine bar and recently added Laroche tasting room

This magnificently restored Sugar House, previously a collection of Grade II-listed warehouses from the 1700s, is now home to Hotel du Vin Bristol.
