Our large 80 seat Bistro, Banquette, with open kitchen serves seven days a week for lunch and dinner and offers a menu rooted in classic European cuisine with our Head Chef, Darren Rockett, adding his own selections daily, all supporting our philosophy of the finest and freshest local produce, cooked simply, priced sensibly.

Popular with both guests and locals Hotel du Vin and Bistro is proudly one of the finest restaurants in Poole.

Our extensive and eclectic wine list is a key feature of the hotel and in addition to the main wine list, which includes an impressive array by the glass; there is a small daily selection of good value wines to complement the menu.

Bistro Manager Agathe Voisin with her team are always on hand and happy to give friendly, knowledgeable advice.

Alfresco eating in the courtyard is also available.

A three course lunch or dinner, including wine and coffee is approximately £37.50 per person.
