I just wanted to write in to say how wonderful it was.
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by courteous friendly staff who made our stay a very special one. We arrived early, left our luggage and went off to discover Cheltenham Spa.
We had a fantastic afternoon out and eventually got back to the hotel about 6pm to check in. We had a junior suite 'La Dame Grande' we were both amazed by its size, decor  and comfort. The monsoon shower, roll top baths facing the plasma TV screens, comfortable queen size bed. The bar and restaurant was also very impressive, breakfast was served by friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this chain of hotel to my family and friends and hope to return to Cheltenham again in the very near future. Well done, and again thank you for a memorable weekend.

I simply had to write to thank Holly, Claire and all the staff at HdV Winchester for looking after us supremely well for over a month while we conducted a trial at the Crown Court in Winchester. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home: always genuinely friendly and pleased to see you, doing small things like suggesting eateries, sewing on buttons, and even watering a begonia I had bought from Marie's, the florist next door. I cannot recall feeling so settled, comfortable and content away from London on a trial. Many thanks again. Highly, highly recommended. DDQC.

We recently stayed at the Cheltenham Du Vin and it was the first time we'd stayed away with our little addition to the family. Tom Ross and his staff could not have done enough to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as you could possibly imagine. The staff, food, ambience and just the way the Manager Tom Ross just mucked in at breakfast & dinner time as well making time to talk to guests was highly impressive. We were so impressed by the whole experience that we extended our stay whilst we were there. The whole team there made our stay memorable and just so easy. We were so overwhelmed by the service & quality of rooms that I'm shortly taking our whole extended family there to celebrate my father's 75th birthday and we're not local to the hotel !! Thankyou Hotel du Vin, in the current economic climate, it's great to see high quality standards winning instead of cheapening your offer. Will see you again and carrying on doing a great job !

My Husband and I had a wonderfull experience at Birminghams Hotel Du Vin Bistro, prior to the meal we had a pre-dinner drink in 'Pub Du Vin' followed by the 'Bubble Lounge' both located within the Hotel. All staff greated us and went out of their way to ensure our evening was one to remember, the food was fantastic and the Bistro staff were very friendly and efficient. We are looking into returning again in the near future and can't wait to visit other Hotel Du Vins across the country. We also want to say a very big thank you to the Bistro Staff for making our night.

A wonderful hotel. Friendly, happy, helpful staff throughout the hotel. We were upgraded with no charge to a very spacious, clean room with the best bathroom anyone could wish for. The roll top bath was divine and the monsoon shower was a treat. The breakfast room was a joy, with great food, and an ambience that made you feel invited to sit all day and look at the marvellous pictures. The spa was great too. Fantastic hotel, close to John Lewis and good restaurants. The hotel had a really special atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and light hearted. We will be returning, for sure. Thanks
