It is with a huge sigh of relief and a great sense of pride that we are now reopening our hotels. It has been the most extraordinary 4 months; with a huge amount of change and uncertainty. An experience nobody could have anticipated nor prepared for. We have learned a lot and we have grown stronger in the process; coming together to ensure we are more resilient for the future.
To reassure you you’ll be in safe hands, take a look at the steps we have taken around our hotels, to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. Advanced cleaning methods and social distancing are a priority in all areas, whilst maintaining a true taste of Hotel du Vin.
So, as we slowly get back to a new form of normality, we would like to raise a glass to our people and our loyal customers, who have remained strong and fought hard to ensure we have a positive future. Let’s celebrate the opening of doors and a brighter future ahead of us.

When We're Opening
Almost all of our hotels are now open and accepting reservations.
New Booking Flexibility
New “Best Flexible” reservations for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
New non-cancellable (“Advanced Purchase”) reservations for any future arrival date will be liable for charge unless the UK government changes its official UK travel advice. Should you wish to maintain the right to cancel free of charge (up to 24 hours before arrival) we strongly recommend booking one of our “Best Flexible” rates.
Existing Booking Flexibility
All Reservations booked before the 1st June 2020 on an advance purchase or non-refundable rate that were scheduled for arrival before the 30th September 2020 can be amended** to a new arrival date.
**Amended bookings are subject to availability and the prevailing rate will apply. Any amended bookings are subject to new booking terms and conditions.
