RIB-EYE & MERLOT LANGUEDOC
A marbled tender cut giving a rich, full flavoured steak paired with a glass of Merlot from Languedoc, a juicy Merlot packed with flavour and soft rounded tannins.
PORTERHOUSE & VENTOUX RHONE
A cut from the rear end of the short loin for a larger portion of tenderloin paired with Ventoux from the Rhone Valley, a top rated, silky red wine bursting with red berries and black pepper on the nose and berries with floral notes and spice in the mouth.
FILLET & CHATEAU BAUDUC BORDEAUX
A prime tender cut taken from the loin paired with a glass of Chateau Bauduc from Bordeaux, delivering easy to drink plummy fruits, hints of liquorice and soft feathery tannins.
