About this Offer
The menu has been inspired by the cooking traditions, rich tastes and subtleties of the various regions of France and created using a wealth of seasonal ingredients. Dishes such as hearty confit duck with lentils du puy influenced from Perigod, Gascony style seared fillet of sea bass or a classic Provençal ratatouille and chickpea tart with a crispy hen’s egg will be featured. The fixed price menu is changed regularly offering three starters, three mains and three desserts and runs in addition to the a la carte menu.
