Bookings must comprise of meetings, events, group dining and/or group accommodation (6+ rooms), at any of our unique hotels across the UK. Your Truly Gifted rewards can be used in any of our hotels, for business or pleasure, including meeting and room bookings, divine dining and cocktails, weekend breaks and spa treatments. The choice is yours.

  • Valid on new bookings only and subject to availability.
  • Only one claim is permitted per booking, but rewards may be shared.
  • Your reward will be based on the net value of pre-booked group accommodation (6+ rooms), delegate packages, room hire, food and beverage, based on final numbers.
  • The minimum value of the booking must be £500 in order to qualify and rewards will be made at the rate of £2 for each £100 of eligible items on your finalised bill. Gift cards will be issued to the booker, or company representative, once the booking has taken place and account is settled in full.
  • Rewards can be accumulated and shared at the company's discretion, please make us aware at time of enquiry, if you wish to arrange this.
  • Your rewards will be issued by the 10th working day of the month following full payment of your event.
  • Please note, you may be liable for income tax on rewards and the responsibility is that of the recipient.
  • Please consult a tax advisor if in any doubt as to liability.
