The Spring Menu

The new menu has launched across all Hotel du Vin & Bistros (excluding One Devonshire Gardens, Glasgow) with additions such as seasonal asparagus, roast Goosnargh duck breast and a niçoise salad with King Edward heritage potatoes. The new à la carte menu retains its great grill section with delicious dry aged steaks that have been matured for at least 28 days, and is enhanced with classic French bistro dishes with a seasonal twist. On the reverse of the à la Carte menu there is also a hand-picked selection of great wines for all palates and purses. This allows the diner to make a quicker wine choice if desired, but there is still the full Hotel du Vin expansive wine list of 500 vintages to choose from. The dessert menu helpfully suggests wine or digestif pairings, and has also been influenced by seasonal flavours including rhubarb strudel and of course has classic French desserts such as Diplomat pudding and crêpes Suzette flambé.
