The Burke & Hare is the largest of the event rooms and features a collection of intriguing and original art, along with a bespoke mural. Bedlam, meanwhile, is a more intimate meeting space. Adjoining the hotel’s airy courtyard, with an original domed ceiling as its focal point, it’s perfect for informal breakout groups and coffee. Then there’s the Whisky Snug, offering a cosy atmosphere for drinks receptions and networking events, while the circular-roomed Chef’s Table provides a striking backdrop for a working lunch.
