First Course
Lanson Père et Fils, France
Pissaladière. A traditional French flatbread topped with slow‑caramelised onions, anchovies and black olives.
Second Course
Beaujolais, Brouilly, Louis Tête, France or Verdejo, Elías Mora, Rueda, Spain
Soupe de Poisson. A rich, Provençal fish soup, served with rouille, Gruyère and crisp croutons.
Third Course
Merlot, Domaine La Croix Belle, Côtes de Thongue, Pays d’Oc, France
Joue de Bœuf Bourguignonne. Tender beef cheek braised in red wine, with pommes purée, pancetta, mushrooms and glazed baby onions.
