Wood, Fire & Vine: A Sicilian Summer Feast
This summer, celebrate the spirit of Sicily with a new open-air dining experience, Wood, Fire & Vine.
Created in partnership with Planeta Wines, these special events bring a taste of the Mediterranean to selected Hotel du Vin locations, pairing vibrant antipasti, wood-fired dishes and wine in a relaxed al fresco setting.
The Wood, Fire & Vine Experience
£49 per person (ticket required)
A set menu that brings together bold Mediterranean flavours and the theatre of wood-fired cooking.
The experience includes:
125ml glass of Sparkling Wine (Brut Metodo Classico)
Generous choice of antipasti, featuring burrata, cured meats with aged pecorino, house pickled vegetables and chargrilled sourdough & focaccia
A wood-fired trio of 28-day aged rib of beef, Yorkshire herb-fed chicken and whole roast seabass stuffed with lemon and fennel
Seasonal Mediterranean accompaniments, including confit garlic potatoes, flame-charred vegetables and Sicilian caponata
