Hotel du Vin Glasgow
Bistro du Vin
All of the food at our Glasgow restaurant is served to you by our attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable team who are happy to explain the dishes, the ingredients, and how our hugely talented Head Chef, Gary Townsend, has put them together. You'll also always have on hand your Sommelier, who will advise or recommend the perfect wine for the occasion and to pair with your food.
Whether you're staying with us, meeting friends or having an early meeting, you can join us for a divine Hotel du Vin Breakfast. To support social distancing, our breakfast offering has been adapted, with either 'Grab & Go' or 'Dine In' options.
