Our cornerstone is our focus on fresh, seasonal, locally sourced and, wherever possible, organic produce. It's about enjoying a la carte dining in a warm and relaxing setting with the greatest attention to detail.
Our food is served to you by our attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable team who are happy to explain the dishes, the ingredients, and how our hugely talented Executive Head Chef, Barry Duff, has put them together. You'll also always have on hand your Sommelier, who will advise or recommend the perfect wine for the occasion and to pair with your food.
